Black Diamond- Dare to Wear Black Lipstick

Hey everyone! I hope you all are enjoying your evening. This hump day has been dreary because of the rain. While chilling in my bedroom, going through my make up bag, I stumbled across a black lip liner that I recently purchased. Many are afraid to dawn such a dramatic color so I figured that I would show you all how I wear black lips! Black lipstick can can be very alluring applied correctly. My tip for wearing attention grabbing lips is to down play the rest of my makeup. I’m not wearing foundation, shadow, or blush in these photos but if you do, make sure that the rest of your makeup compliments your lips. On the flip side, you don’t want the dark lip to make you look dead or flushed.

Here’s how I achieved my look!
1. Lined lips using Jordan’s eyeliner in blackest black

Be careful whe lining your lips, you don’t want them to look unnatural.

2. Fill in lips using a black lipstick of your choice! I’m using Ruby Kisses’ color design lipstick in a color called Black  Diamond.

All of the products used in this tutorial were purchased at my local Walgreens.id you have coins to spare, Mac Cosmetics has a pretty black lipstick that would provide great results! It is around $16 though.
Show me how you wear black lipstick! Can’t wait to see your pictures!
Until next time,
-Nora
