Hot Holiday Looks- Ashley Stewart

Hey Everyone! Hope you all are doing well. While I am utterly disgusted by the commercialization of the holiday season, I thoroughly enjoy getting dressed up for family get togethers along with holiday parties. I’ll do a series of my favorite holiday appropriate pieces from several plus size shops. Nowadays, It’s easier to find attractive attire for big, beautiful women. Today’s featured store is Ashley Stewart. Unfortunately, Ashley Stewart stores are not located in my area (Nashville, TN) but I had the chance of checking out the store in Harlem a few years ago.The faux fur vests are on my list of must have winter items (I’ll elaborate on them in a future post). Finding items on the store website that would work or the holiday season was an absolute breeze! This company provides clothing for women sizes 12-26. Here’s an incentive for shopping this weekend- Everything is 30%off!
Here are a few items that I’m eyeing!

The Belted Metallic Sweetheart Top is on sale for $24.15. The shirt comes in silver and gold.I would rock it with a a dark denim or a black pant. For the gold top, I’d wear white pants and a white heel to dress it up. Sparkly heels would be a nice accent. could work. To dress it down, I’d wear either light wash or dark denim paired with  a tan pair of boots, dark brown boots or booties, and and heels.I’d even pair the gold top with a red pant and gold/tan heels. For the silver, I’d wear black jeggings or fitted dress pants with a black or grey heel. Black boots and dark denim would work as well.

This Sequined Top is $17.15. Aside from gold, the tank comes in an assortment of colors including red, black, silver, and white. This could be dressed up with a white or tan fur vest, and a white skinny pant. Also, you can dress it down with jeans and a sweater.

Next on the list are the Metallic Skinny Jeans. They would look awesome with the sequined tank top. I am envisioning the silver pant, with the red sequined top, black pumps, and a red blazer. These jeans are $31.15.

If you are feeling bold, try out this Peplum Romper!

 Peplum Romper

This is $38.15 worth of pure sexiness! Talk about DARING! The back of this dress is ridiculous. You can play around with shimmery black tights, or a suspender tight with this piece. A heel or a thigh high boot would enhance this piece as well. This is one of my favorite pieces on the site, I can;t wait to purchase it.

What holiday post would be complete without a dress portion? Here are a few dresses that would be attention grabbers at any event you attend.

Despite all of these dresses being awesome, the velvet dress is gorgeous. I need it like yesterday. Ashley Stewart definitely has some amazing pieces for the holiday season. I’ll keep you posted on my purchase from this store!
Are there any holiday trends or looks that you are eager to try? Tell me about them in the comment section.
Also, please recognize the holidays as a time for family and love. There’s no need to stompede on Black Friday or fight with your fellow human. Say thanks to the retail worker that is not spending time with their family and friends because of crazy store hours. Remember, you should treat the ones you love the same way you would during the holiday season, daily.
Until next time,
