Hey everyone! Hope you all are doing well. Most of us in the south are under a severe winter storm threat. Be careful . Stay safe. You all know that I only enjoy snow when I can stay home. The bone biting weather has me dreaming of warmer weather. Recently I visited Torrid with my friend Jessica. We were just looking around, gushing over all of the pieces we wanted. I refuse to get a credit card there because I would be broke! Our visit occurred before Valentine’s Day, and I really wanted to try in the lingerie. ( It was 30%off at the time!) I stumbled across this cute two piece bathing suit. I was scared to try it on at first because bathing suis haven’t always been so kind to my body. A few summers ago, I gave the middle finger to wearing over sized shirts to hide my curves and wore a cute two piece to the Coney Island beach.
Suited Up – A fat girls guide to looking hot in a swim suit
I headed into the dressing room and fell in love with this suit!
The top was $44.50 and the bottoms were $33.50. Everything at Torrid is buy one get one half off. The halter top was supportive of my 44 H’s.
I felt like a queen in this outfit. Feminine and sexy.
I hated my body for such a long time. I wanted to be thinner, wanted a bigger butt and more defined curves. A few years ago I wouldn’t have worn a swimsuit like this. My belly is big. My thighs are big. I’m not going to be perfect but I can appreciate my body. I think I look beautiful!
Here’s how to wear a swimsuit. Find one that compliments your body, put it on, and rock it! I’m trying to become more comfortable with my sexuality, showing skin, and embracing my curves.
I’ll post more photos as I try and buy different suits.
Let me see your lovely bodies in swimsuits! Post photos below.
Nora, that swimsuit is cute and you are rocking it!! Keep loving you, because you are beautiful!
