Nora here. Recently, I had the opportunity to partner with an amazing company, Curvy Girl Dreams Boutique. On my platforms, I provide beauty, fashion and lifestyle tips to help you build your glam life. Today, we are discussing style. When building a wardrobe, you need pieces that are functional and can be styled for many occasions. You need staple pieces and a few statement pieces. If you invest in the right pieces, you will avoid spending tons of money attempting to stay on trend. The right pieces are timeless.
Tasheka allowed me to select three items to showcase to my audience. I selected a jumpsuit, a tank body con dress and a two piece set.
Jumpsuits are awesome pieces to add to your wardrobe. They are easy to get on and are power pieces. They can elongate your body if you are short. Jumpsuits can accentuate your curves and add shape if they have a belt. You can rock them with a blazer and heels for work, with a duster and sneakers, on vacation, at brunch, or for a party. They are sleek, sophisticated and fun. Jumpsuits extremely easy to style and command attention. Additionally, depending on the material, jumpsuits can be worn year round.

A body con dress is a great wardrobe staple. Bodycons contour your body and accentuate your curves. These dresses add feminine flare instantly. Similar to the jumpsuit, you can dress a bodycon dress up for a romantic or glamorous look or dress is down for a chill but put together look. Bodycons scream feminine. I paired my body con dress with a coach bag and a kimono from Fashionnova.

I have fallen in love with sets over the past year. They are easy to put on, and can really be a look if styled correctly. I received a beautiful, vibrant, orange two piece set and it definitely spiced up my summer wardrobe. I wore it out on Friday and EVERYONE stopped me to talk about it. This set is an attention grabber. It hugged my curves well and was such a fun look for a night on the town. I rocked it with sneakers over the weekend but I have styled it with heels for a more glamorous feel. The best part is that I can pair the skirt with a graphic t-shirt and rock the top with jeans which really makes the set worth it’s price.
