Bag Lady’s

Happy New Year Glams ✨

We are 18 days into the new year and I hope that you all are just as excited about building your glam life as I am. I am declaring that 2023 will be an amazing year and that it will bring me joy. Honestly, the past year has felt chaotic. 2022 broke me. 2023 is my rebuilding and reconstruction season. This is restoration. In my entrepreneurial pursuit, I am more dedicated to #buildingmyglamlife and achieving my dreams. You all know that I desire to be a full-time influencer/content creator in the near future. I am expecting big things for my media space and partnerships this year. I hit rock bottom last year, so it’s only UP from here.

On Sunday, I was invited by the Bloggerxchange to preview Bag Lady’s, a budding, black owned restaurant here in Nashville. Bag Lady’s is a fry joint that has transitioned fries from the sides list to the main dish. The owners are brothers who are also Nashville natives. The business started as a food truck but is now elevating to a brick and mortar due to popularity.

Review

The consistency and flavor of the fry is extremely important. Fries are the specialty here and they are done RIGHT! I ate fries several different ways and was still eager to try more. My favorites were the Vegan No Cap and the Tennessee Brisket. The drinks are delicious (but heavy, so beware). The music sets a nice ambiance and the dine in area is spacious and lively.

This business provides quality food and is family friendly. It’s also a great spot to get food either before a game or before a night out.

Bag Lady’s opens to the public on Friday, January 20, 2023.

Address: 1402 Buchanan St, Nashville, TN.

Outfit Details:

I’m a fashionista so it wouldn’t be appropriate to conclude this post without sharing details on my outfit.

I rocked a cropped blazer from PrettyLittleThing in a size 5x. The jeans are from Fashion Nova Curve in a size 22 plus. My boots are from Walmart and my bag is from Target. Items are be linked.

Be sure to support this amazing black owned business on January 20th!

Until next time,
